APPOINTMENT INFORMATION

BOOKING

Please book your appointment as soon as possible to ensure your desired date and time. In order to reserve your scheduled appointment, we require a valid credit card at time of booking.



UPON ARRIVAL

In order to fully enjoy your experience, please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your massage, facial or body treatment to allow for time to change into your spa robe & sandals and enjoy a complimentary foot soak in our serene relaxation room. A spa team member will show you around & explain everything you need to know about the spa & your selected services. For manicure & pedicure services, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time.



DURING YOUR VISIT

For your convenience, private changing rooms, showers & lockers are available.  To complete your experience, we will provide you with a plush robe, spa sandals & fresh towels. Complimentary toiletries & hair care products help ease your transition back to the outside world. Please be sure to leave valuables at home.  In order to maintain an environment of tranquility, we ask that guests turn off cell phones & electronic devices while in the spa.



GIFT CARDS

Share the power of relaxation with our elegant Gift Card Packages or Corporate Reward Programs, redeemable at any location for all products & services. Gift cards are nonrefundable and must be presented at time of service.

Spend an afternoon or a whole day with friends at ME SPA! We are happy to accommodate groups of all sizes.

CANCELLATIONS

Darn! Can’t make it? We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual appointments (48-hour for groups). If you miss, cancel or change your appointment outside this designated time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please call the spa directly.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

Don’t love ME? We hope you are happy with your new ME SPA merchandise, however if you are not completely satisfied, items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase for a full refund to the original form of payment ONLY. All clothing & home goods must be returned unworn and in original packaging. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt and/or located in your guest account. Gift cards, memberships, & courses are non-refundable.

 

ACCEPTED TYPES OF PAYMENTS: 

Cash is king! But if not we accept: Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, Checks  [Returned check fee $35]

 

GRATUITY

Gratuity is appreciated for outstanding service, as it is not included in our treatment prices.



YOUNG ONES

Guests under 12 are not permitted in the spa. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
