GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are redeemable for ME SPA services and merchandise sold at operating and participating ME SPA locations only. They cannot be redeemed online or at non-operating or non-participating locations. They are not a credit/debit card and have no implied warranties. You may add additional funds to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be purchased using other gift cards, cannot be combined with other gift cards and are nonrefundable. ME SPA is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. ME SPA is not responsible for any unauthorized gift card use. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or credit except where required by law, including upon the closure of a previously participating location. The balance of ME SPA gift cards do not expire and are not subject to fees. To check card balance, call a ME SPA location and an associate will check the balance for you. Purchase or use of a ME SPA gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ME SPA Gift Card and Certificate Issuer LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, is the issuer and sole obligor of ME SPA gift cards.
