ME SPA GUEST CODE OF CONDUCT


At ME SPA, the comfort and safety of our esteemed guests and valued employees is our utmost priority. As such, in addition to our published
policies and procedures, we kindly request your participation in the following Code of Conduct guidelines:  

  • Completion of accurate and pertinent health information regarding your visit

  • Clear communication of preferences, expectations and concerns pertaining to your service

  • Treatment of all spa staff and fellow guests with courtesy and respect

ME SPA reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive in a professional setting, including but not limited to the following: 

  • Repetitive tardiness or late cancellations outside of our policy

  • Appearing or being under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol consumption

  • Engaging in sexually explicit conversations, comments, jokes or innuendos

  • Displaying any form of discriminatory behavior

  • Revealing overly personal information that makes the staff or other guests uncomfortable

  • Requesting private information from our staff members 

  • Offering gifts or additional payments outside of our standard fees and gratuity process

  • Engaging in financial negligence

Our guests play a vital role in creating a tranquil spa experience. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and look forward to seeing you at the SPA.
