Before the start of your service, thoroughly communicate with your therapist if you have any chronic pain, sports injuries, skin conditions, or if you simply need extra attention on a certain area of the body. Communicating beforehand allows your therapist to focus on problem areas or use specific products during your treatment to enhance your overall experience. 


Give your therapist feedback

During your service, let your therapist know if something is feeling good or not. Your therapist will take note and make any necessary adjustments allowing you to receive the results you are looking for from your treatment.


Hydrate pre-massage and post-massage
