FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BOOKING

Please book your appointment as soon as possible to ensure your desired date and time. In order to reserve your scheduled appointment, we require a valid credit card at time of booking.

CHECKING IN

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment for all facial, massage and body treatments. This will allow adequate time to fill out any necessary consent forms, change into a comfy robe and sandals and enjoy a complimentary soothing foot soak ritual. For nail service appointments, please arrive 10 minutes early to browse our polish bar and fill out any necessary consent forms.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for individual appointments (48-hour for groups). If you miss, cancel or change your appointment outside this designated time, you will be charged 50% of the total of your scheduled services. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please contact the spa directly.

CELL PHONES

Out of respect for other guests, we kindly ask you to silence your cell phone upon arrival. We encourage you to take this opportunity to relax, unwind and unplug from the outside world. If you need to make or take an urgent call, we ask you to please step outside the spa to do so. Additionally, please refrain from using your phone during a service. Photos and videos of others are not permitted in the spa.

GIFT CARDS

Share the power of relaxation with our elegant Gift Card Packages, redeemable at any location for retail products & menu services. Gift cards are nonrefundable and must be presented at time of service. Some exclusions may apply.

BOUTIQUE SHOPPING

Visit the spa boutique and browse our unique collection of curated designs, beauty & skincare products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Retail products are nonrefundable due to safety reasons.

ACCEPTED TYPES OF PAYMENTS

All payments must be collected via credit, debit or ME SPA gift cards/vouchers. We also accept Apple Pay!


GRATUITY

Gratuity is appreciated for outstanding service, as it is not included in our treatment prices. Cash and credit cards are accepted forms of payment for gratuity.

PERSONAL ITEMS

We provide lockers for your convenience to store your clothing and shoes during your visit. Please do not bring any valuables into the spa, as ME SPA is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

AGE POLICY

Guests ages 12 - 17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests ages 12 - 15 must have a parent or legal guardian in the room while services are being performed.  Children under 12 are not permitted in the spa. Facial Peels and HydroDermabrasion treatments are not available for minors.
