This gift card is redeemable for ME SPA menu services and merchandise sold at operating and participating ME SPA locations only. It cannot be redeemed online or at non-operating or non-participating locations. This is not a credit/debit card and this gift card has no implied warranties. Gift cards cannot be purchased using other gift cards, cannot be combined with other gift cards, and are nonrefundable. ME SPA is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. ME SPA is not responsible for any unauthorized gift card use. This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash, check, or credit except where required by law, including upon the closure of a previously participating location. The balance of this gift card does not expire and is not subject to fees. To check card balance, call a ME SPA location and an associate will check the balance for you. Purchase or use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ME SPA Gift Card and Certificate Issuer LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, is the issuer and sole obligor of this gift card.
