WHAT ARE THE ME SPA MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS WE OFFER?

  • ME 180 costs $105 per month and provides 1 FREE monthly 50-minute Signature Swedish Massage or Signature Custom Facial.

  • ME 360, our deluxe tier, costs $135 per month and provides 1 FREE monthly 80-minute Signature Swedish Massage or Signature Custom Facial. 


WHAT ARE THE PERKS OF OUR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS?

  • Our monthly memberships provide one service per month at a significant savings of up to 38% off our regular menu pricing!

  • Members receive a 15% discount on unlimited additional services, including manicures and pedicures, and retail purchases.

  • Members are automatically entered in our promotional contests and invited to exclusive “members only” events.

  • Members receive priority booking and are able to use their membership benefits any day of the week.


IS THE ME SPA MONTHLY WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM ASSOCIATED WITH A CHARITABLE CAUSE?

  • Yes! We support the battle to end Pulmonary Fibrosis - a lung disease affecting over 200,000 people each year. In honor of Ruth Jacobs, the mother of ME SPA CEO Lisa Nissanoff, a portion of our Monthly Wellness Membership proceeds are donated to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. We are proud to fight for Ruth and all loved ones affected by this disease.


HOW CAN I SIGN UP AND PAY FOR A MEMBERSHIP?

  • Our spa associates will gladly help you complete your membership sign up in the spa.

  • You must complete our Membership Sign Up Form and assign a credit card for automatic monthly billing charges.

  • Memberships can only be purchased by a credit card and not by a gift card or any other form of payment.

  • The date you sign up will be the date set for future automatic payments. 


CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT A MONTH?

  • Yes! You are welcome to use as many accrued benefits during a single visit or multiple visits within the same month.


WHAT IF I HAVE A ME 180 MEMBERSHIP (50 minute benefit) BUT WANT AN 80 MINUTE SERVICE OR ANOTHER UPGRADE (ex. Deep Tissue Massage)?

  • You are more than welcome to upgrade your service! Please ask an associate for details.


WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE IT FOR A SERVICE DURING AN ENTIRE MONTH?

  • Your benefits will automatically roll over to the following month and can be used at any time within 90 days.


CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS?

  • Our monthly benefits are not able to be shared. You can always take advantage of our gift card promotions and treat friends and family to a spa day! 


CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE?

  • Our monthly memberships must be purchased and used by the member only. You can always take advantage of our gift card promotions and treat friends and family to a spa day! 


WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT ON THE SAME DAY IT IS BOOKED?

  • As a courtesy for our highly valued therapists, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy in place which also applies to membership services. 


HOW CAN I BOOK MY MEMBERSHIP SERVICES ONLINE?

  • You can book online through our website. 

  • Choose your location then go to the ‘Members Only’ section. 

  • Please note that you must designate a credit card to hold the reservation, but any available benefit will be applied at checkout.


CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

  • Yes, you may cancel at any time by submitting a ME SPA Membership Cancellation Form. You can request a form by emailing membership@me-spas.com. Please allow 2 business days for processing a cancellation request.

  • Once your account is canceled, you will have 60 days from the cancellation date to use any remaining benefits.
