• Joining is easy! Simply visit any ME SPA location, and our spa associates will be happy to help you complete your ME SPA Monthly Wellness Membership Sign-Up Form. 

• A valid credit/debit card is required for automatic monthly billing.

• Memberships can only be paid by a credit or debit card; gift cards or other payment methods are not accepted.

• Your sign-up date will be used as the date for all future automatic payments.

Visit me-spas.com/book, select your location, and click on the Members Only section. A credit card is required to hold your reservation, but you won’t be charged at the time of booking—any available membership benefit will be applied at checkout.

Yes! You can use multiple benefits during a single visit or across multiple visits within the same month.

No problem—your unused benefit will automatically roll over to the following month and can be used any time within 90 days.

Each month, members receive a complimentary rotating monthly enhancement (valued up to $50) with their monthly service. This enhancement is preselected for you and cannot be substituted, but you’re always welcome to add another enhancement at your special member price.

Absolutely! You can upgrade from a 50-minute to an 80-minute service or add specialty upgrades like Deep Tissue or Hydrodermabrasion for an additional charge. Our spa associates will be happy to provide details. If you often upgrade to 80-minute services, switching to our 80-minute Membership gives you the best value every month.

Yes. You may freeze your membership for up to three months per year if your account is current and at least three consecutive payments have been made. During a freeze, your membership benefits will also pause and will not forfeit. Once your membership is reactivated, you may resume using any remaining benefits.

Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable, and benefits are for the member’s personal use. You can always purchase a gift card to share the ME SPA experience with friends and family.

As a courtesy for our highly valued therapists, our standard 24 hour cancellation policy for individual appointments (48-hour for groups) applies to all services, including membership benefits.

• You may cancel at any time by submitting a ME SPA Membership Cancellation Form. 

• Request one by emailing membership@me-spas.com

• Once your membership is canceled, you’ll have 60 days to enjoy any remaining benefits. Please note that unused benefits will continue to forfeit 90 days from their original charge dates.
