Empowering Women in Wellness: Meet the women of ME SPA
Our story began as a tribute to a mother, Dr. Ruth Jacobs - a woman of profound wisdom, grace, and resilience. The mother of ME SPA Founder & CEO Lisa Nissanoff, Dr. Jacobs was a dedicated family practice physician who touched countless lives. She passed away much too soon from Pulmonary Fibrosis, yet her legacy of care and self-care lives on.
“My mother was an incredible psychologist, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She was also an avid spa-goer. Even while giving so much to others, she understood the importance of taking time for herself,” Lisa shares.
ME SPA represents Ruth. It is a peaceful sanctuary designed to bring balance and renewal. In her honor, a portion of proceeds from our Monthly Wellness Membership Program is donated each year to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
