Our top priority has always been to create an unparalleled experience of healing and rejuvenation for our guests and our resolve is now stronger than ever before. Our team has been working around the clock to ensure your safety throughout every step of the treatment process. Below are some updates on how we are raising the bar on all of our safety and hygiene protocols. Please note that the below processes and procedures are subject to adjustments based on any updated information and guidelines that we receive from state and federal sources.

STAY HOME IF SICK

Refrain from visiting the spa if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness or under an isolation or quarantine order/directive. We have advised team members to stay home and see a doctor if they are feeling unwell. Additionally, any team members showing any flu-like symptoms will politely be asked to go home.

Masks are optional for guests and employees.

Please don’t hesitate to ask if you would prefer your therapist to wear a mask during your services.

CLEANING AND SANITATION

While our spa has always met stringent sanitation requirements (we follow strict OSHA guidelines) , we now more visibly display those efforts through touchless hand washing stations, UV HEPA air filtration units, extra cleaning protocols and will post additional signage and directives for your comfort.

Given the evolving situation, we have elevated our cleaning practices to ensure all proper precautions are being taken. We have increased cleaning protocols related to high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, computers, lockers, telephones and more using an EPA and FDA registered and compliant hospital-grade disinfectant. Furthermore, our spa directors have received certifications from Rejuvenate Salon & Spa Disinfectants. Massage tables and face pillows have new silicone coverings that are thoroughly sanitized between each guest. Easy-to-disinfect medical film is also be used in high-touch areas like keyboards, phones and keypads.

CASHLESS CHECKOUT

You will have an opportunity to pay for your services & gratuity in advance to allow for a touchless, cashless transaction. All payments must be collected via credit, debit or ME SPA gift cards/vouchers and no cash payments will be allowed at the spa. We also accept Apple Pay!

If you are unable to verify any of the below, we kindly ask that you reschedule your visit.

  1. I verify that I have not been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 5-10 days.

  2. I verify that I have not experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 5-10 days (fever, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem).

  3. I verify that I have not had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or someone exhibiting cold or flu like symptoms within the last 5-10 days.

  4. I verify that I am following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting my exposure to the Coronavirus/COVID-19.

  5. I verify that I have not had any changes to my medical conditions or taking any additional medications that were not previously disclosed on my Release & Consent Waiver.
